Customize a SkillBlox

On the View SkillBlox page, you have a number of options to customize your SkillBlox.

Your SkillBlox title is very important! It's like a file name that will help you find and reference your SkillBlox. The title is visible to students and will be visible to everyone if your SkillBlox is public.

To add a title, click on the 🖊, type your title in the text box, and click SAVE 

2. Describe your Skillblox

You can add a summary to your Skillblox to give other instructors or your students an overview of what's inside and how to use it.

🖊 Instructor facing

If there’s something you want other instructors to know when they see your Skillblox, add an instructor facing summary. Click on the pen 🖊, add the summary to the text box, and  SAVE .

🖊 Student facing

If there’s something you want students to know when they see your Skillblox, add a student facing summary. Click on the pen 🖊, add the summary to the text box, and  SAVE .

3. Show, Hide, and Star Activities

👁 Click on the eye under Visibility to show or hide activities from the student's view. 

⭐ Click on the star to add emphasis to certain activities for the student's view.

4. Customize Activities

Expand the Options menu by clicking on the ellipsis ⋯ to see a range of options for customizing individual activities including 

⇩⇧ Choose Move to adjust the order of the activities. Alternatively, reorder them by dragging the = to the right.

📝 Adding a note to the activity enables you to provide learners or instructors with activity-specific instructions.

❌ Click on the Remove activity to delete the activity from your Skillblox.

From this menu, you can also Copy activity URL or View QR Code to launch the activity. 

SkillBlox are made for sharing! There are a lot of ways to share your SkillBlox with learners and other teachers.
